Ini saya 2 tahun lepas menunggu surgery di DEMC . Surgery untuk mengeluarkan nerve entrapment di tulang belakang saya. Kerana keadaan sakit belakang yang agak critical specialist akan inject steroid terus ketulang belakang saya. I have been on pain killers for more than 7 years and the doctor suggested that I undergo the procedure. The most uncomfortable experience but I dont have any choice. I was on epidural before surgery.

After the surgery I have gain so much weight at least an additional 13kg.... it was a nightmare. As the steroid worn off , I am back on pain killers as I can't sleep at night due to the pain and not to mentioned the unstable menstrual cycle I have experienced. Due to that, an additional hormone tablet (6 a days) has been subscribe to me...Nice!! I have been on diet, slimming program but none works to lose those extra kg until I discover Shaklee.

I can't remember when was the last time I have taken my pain killer. I have lose the extra kg I've gained and planning to proceed further. The most important thing is that I feel healthy and young again..

and last Sunday..

not too bad for a mother of 3 children. Not to mentioned my eldest already turning 17th  next month..
