Celebrities - breakfast makan apa???

Kadang-kadang bila tengok artis orang putih nie rasa geram pulak.. tengok badan masing-masing.. cantik.. lepas beranak pun cantik lagi..
Jadi akak pun riki-rikilah.. apa depa makan untuk breakfast.. kenapa breakfast??? sebab breakfast kan the most important meal of the days...

So marilah kita share sama-sama yea..



Justin Timberlake - dia makan 2 breakfast
1. waffle dgn flax dan almond butter
2. scrambled egg
workout - lagi satu breakfast scrambled egg + protein shake












 Gwyneth Paltrow - veggie omelets and smoked wild salmon with sardines and avocado on gluten-free bread.
